CNEEC partners with universities across Canada to enable Chinese students to apply and complete their undergraduate studies in Canada following two (2) years of undergraduate studies in China.  These partnerships exist in three forms:

1. Articulation Agreements - CNEEC has established close relationships with several Canadian Universities. Articulation Agreements are in place with eleven (11) Canadian Universities, identifying equivalent GSP courses eligible for transfer credits following two years of study in China. Currently, Shandong University located in Jinan China, is the CNEEC GSP program’s joint cooperation University.

2. Agency Agreements– Several universities in Canada have partnered with CNEEC to support the recruitment and enrollment of Chinese students attending their universities.  As an agent, CNEEC ensures the following:

  • Promote the university and its programs.
  • Recruit and assist in the recruitment of prospective students.
  • Provide prospective students with any necessary information required for the student to make an informed decision, including admission requirements, tuition fees, cost of living, visa requirements, and prospects upon graduation.
  • Assist in completing and submitting application forms.
