CNEEC CANADA VISITS SHANDONG UNIVERSITY – June/July 2023
The meeting between CNEEC's Canadian representatives and Shandong University's General Study Program leadership team marked a significant step towards their shared objectives.
The purpose behind this gathering was to extend their collective efforts in recruiting recent high school graduates for the General Study Program. With the fall term scheduled to commence in September 2023, collaborative teams from both Shandong University and CNEEC hosted recruitment fairs within the university and across various cities within Shandong province.
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, which constrained travel and in-person interactions, the recent face-to-face meetings served as a catalyst to reignite the passion and vigor amongst students, parents, university representatives, and the dedicated members of CNEEC. This renewed vigor was directed towards the pursuit of academic excellence, offering aspiring students a distinctive educational pathway through the General Study Program, leading to completion of their undergraduate degrees in Canada.
Strengthening their collaborative commitment, CNEEC's interactions also included dialogue with delegations from Shandong University's International office, Finance, and Software Campus. These exchanges aimed to reaffirm their shared vision for the General Study Program and its future endeavors.
CNEEC and Shandong University strongly supports continuation of this partnership in undergraduate education.
