The General Study Program employs the most
highly qualified and professional teaching staff among all other schools in Shandong University. All
of the teachers in the GSP have solid English language skills as they
must use only original English version textbooks and all written
items, including syllabus, textbooks, tests, homework and
blackboard writings, are instructed in English.

|
|
There are approximately 40 teachers working
in the GSP, including
20 professors, 4 associate professors, 6 lecturers and 9 foreign ESL
teachers.
All
teachers are highly educated with strong academic backgrounds. Many of
them also have extensive overseas education and research experience
from top institutes such as, Harvard (USA), Oxford (UK), University of British Columbia
(Canada) and University of Regina (Canada).
